About Reebol Emulsion Xtra (20L)

Reebol Emulsion Xtra is supplied as a pale amber liquid which turns white when diluted with water to produce achemical release agent, combining the outstanding release properties of such materials with the economy of aconventional oil. It reacts with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould which enables easy stripping from the hardened concrete.

Application :

Apply the Reebol Emulsion Xtra 1:6 water dilutionto the face of the form work by spray, brush or cloth. Only onecoat should be applied ( as thinly as possible except on veryabsorbent new timber where two coats may be necessary forthe first application only ) and allow to dry.If the form work is not used for several days, a further coat may be applied.Only a very thin film of Reebol Emulsion Xtra should be applied.Excess could lead to surface dusting of the concrete.The best results are obtained by applying with a fine mists prayer. Where a cloth is used, it should first be soaked in the release agent and then squeezed out well before applying.This ensures the thinnest possible film. Reebol Emulsion Extra is not generally recommended where demoulding is required within 24 hours, although excellent results may beobtained with shorter times.
